For several years, I have helped a local nonprofit organization called Olney Home for Life. And in just a few days they will be hosting a fun evening filled with Bingo games, food, and some fun raffle prizes to win.
The mission behind OHFL is to establish and maintain an organization that facilitates neighbor-to-neighbor assistance on a voluntary basis for local area seniors. Our efforts concentrate on services associated with transportation, communication, and socialization that enhance the quality of life for seniors by helping them maintain their mobility, health, and social connections as they age in place. We provide a no-fee alternative to costly transportation options while affording community members– both seniors and others– meaningful volunteer opportunities.

The $30.00 admission fee includes bingo cards for 10 games, food, and beverages during the event. Winners of the bingo games will receive a beautiful bag filled with wonderful practical items.
